Unfortunately, it was identified that one Front Office was managing seven (!) different franchises.  In light of this, it was determined that all 21 non-affected teams (Htennis [Cardinals] and Williams [Mets] have elected not to participate) will participate in a One Round Distribution Draft for all non-contract players.

The seven teams potentially losing players will be allowed to select two players to protect initially, then protect two additional players for each player selected from their Farm System.  

Additionally, an affected team may also elect to protect five players initially in exchange for making their 2039 1st Round Pick available to the Draft Pool.

If one of those seven teams is not owned by the time of the draft (TBD), the League Office will automatically protect players based on Williams’ WAR calculations.
